Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**1C008-DM1** is an experimental, fully human **EpCAM-targeted antibody-drug conjugate** generated by covalently coupling the human anti-EpCAM monoclonal-antibody clone 1C008 to the maytansinoid payload DM1 using an Fc-directed affinity peptide-based chemical conjugation method. The construct was evaluated in vitro against EpCAM-expressing HCT116 human colon cancer cells and showed the greatest cytotoxicity among the tested anti-EpCAM DM1 conjugates. It is a published preclinical research construct, not an approved medicine or registered clinical-stage asset. ([pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10015092/))
