Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The 2-Minute Reveal Masque is a dual-action exfoliating skincare treatment developed by DefenAge (marketed under Advanced Dermatology) specifically for addressing skin aging and photoaging. It combines physical exfoliation using ultrafine sugar crystals with chemical enzymatic exfoliation via a 'Triple Enzyme Technology' comprising papaya, pumpkin, and pomegranate enzymes. Designed for weekly use, the masque aims to resurface the skin by removing dead cells, clearing pores, and smoothing fine lines, thereby preparing the skin for the absorption of defensin-based anti-aging serums. It has been evaluated in Phase 4 clinical trials as part of a comprehensive skin rejuvenation system.
