211At-AmbiTag (also known as 211At-AstraTate) is an investigational, SSTR-targeted alpha-particle radioligand therapy being developed by TetraKit Technologies in collaboration with Atley Solutions. The therapeutic candidate consists of a somatostatin receptor (SSTR) antagonist conjugated to the alpha-emitting radionuclide astatine-211 (211At) using TetraKit's proprietary radiolabeling platform. By targeting SSTR, which is highly expressed on neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), 211At-AmbiTag selectively delivers high-energy alpha radiation directly to cancer cells, inducing lethal DNA double-strand breaks while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissues. The drug is currently in the discovery and preclinical stage of development for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors.
