Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**212Pb-F3-C25** is a TCMC-chelated, lead-212-labeled anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody based on F3-C25. It has been used as an irrelevant isotype-matched control radioimmunoconjugate in preclinical mouse studies of ovarian cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and triple-negative breast cancer. Lead-212 serves as an in vivo source of cytotoxic alpha-particle radiation through its decay chain; unlike the comparator antibodies used in these studies, F3-C25 does not target the tumor-associated antigens B7-H3 or CSPG4. It is a research-stage control radiopharmaceutical rather than a clinically developed therapeutic program. ([pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5817013/))
