**225Ac-BC8** is an investigational **CD45-targeted antibody-radionuclide conjugate** being developed by **Actinium Pharmaceuticals** as a targeted conditioning and hematologic cancer therapy. The construct consists of the pan-CD45 monoclonal antibody **BC8** also known as **apamistamab** linked through **DOTA** to the alpha-emitting isotope **actinium-225**. By binding CD45 on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells as well as malignant lymphoid and myeloid cells, it delivers high linear energy transfer alpha radiation directly to CD45-positive tissues, enabling selective myeloablation and anti-tumor killing while aiming to limit off-target exposure. It is being explored primarily as a targeted conditioning agent before bone marrow or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and also as a radioimmunotherapy for hematologic malignancies such as leukemias, lymphomas, and multiple myeloma.
