Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**225Ac-DOTA-hTAB004** is an investigational, preclinical targeted alpha-particle radiopharmaceutical developed by OncoTab. It consists of the humanized anti-transformed mucin-1 antibody hTAB004 conjugated through a DOTA chelator to actinium-225. The antibody selectively recognizes tumor-associated transformed MUC1, enabling delivery of high-linear-energy-transfer alpha radiation to tMUC1-expressing tumor cells and consequent cytotoxic DNA damage. Preclinical evaluation in an orthotopic triple-negative breast cancer xenograft model showed tumor uptake and antitumor activity after a single therapeutic administration.
