Drug intelligence / Profile preview
225Ac-FL-020 is a novel, next-generation prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeting radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) composed of FL-020, a PSMA-targeting ligand, conjugated to actinium-225, an alpha-emitting radioisotope.[3][7] The drug employs targeted alpha-radiotherapy designed to selectively attack cancer cells while reducing damage to healthy tissues.[3][4] In preclinical models, radiolabeled FL-020 demonstrated high and sustained tumor uptake with fast systemic clearance, robust anti-tumor activity, and a favorable safety profile, with superior anti-tumor activity compared to 225Ac-PSMA-617.[5] The FL-020 targeting vector was discovered using Full-Life Technologies' proprietary UniRDC™ platform, which enables improved drug uptake in tumors while maintaining rapid systemic clearance.[3]
