**Description:** 2LALERG is a micro-immunotherapy medicine (MIM) developed to decrease chronic IgE-mediated inflammation and symptoms of allergy, particularly in conditions such as allergic rhinitis and allergic respiratory diseases. It is classified as a homeopathic or ultra-low dose (ULD) biological product. The formulation contains ultra-low doses of cytokines, hormones, growth factors, neuropeptides, nucleic acids—including specific nucleic acids (SNAs)—designed to modulate immune responses. Notably, it includes SNA targeting HLA II molecules to control their overexpression and limit IgE secretion; ultra-low dose lung histaminum to inhibit basophil degranulation; and low-dose TGF-β for anti-inflammatory effects via regulatory T cell activation. The mechanism involves selective binding to histamine H1 receptors on target cells—counteracting the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions—and immunomodulation through the above-mentioned components. Preclinical studies have shown that it can reduce inflammatory cell counts and interleukin-13 levels in models of allergic respiratory disease[1][2][5]. Clinical data suggest potential benefit in reducing symptoms when used preventively before pollen season[2].
