2LVERU is a micro-immunotherapy medicinal product developed by Labo'Life, designed as an immune regulator for the treatment of various types of warts, including common warts (verruca vulgaris), flat warts (verruca plana), and plantar warts (verruca plantaris) caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The therapy utilizes sequential sequences of low and ultra-low doses of immune mediators, specifically cytokines such as Interleukin-1 (IL-1), Interleukin-2 (IL-2), and Interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha), along with Specific Nucleic Acids (SNA) targeted against HPV. These components aim to modulate the host's immune response to support the clearance of viral lesions and inhibit viral replication. 2LVERU has been available for over 20 years and holds a marketing authorization in Belgium from the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP). A pediatric formulation, 2LVERU JUNIOR, is also utilized in clinical practice.
