3-PLG (3-armed poly(l-glutamic acid)) is a branched polypeptide nanocarrier designed for targeted drug delivery, particularly across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). It consists of a three-armed star-shaped polymer of L-glutamic acid, which provides high functionality, biocompatibility, and biodegradability.
