3328zT2 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Wellington Zhaotai. The therapy is engineered to target CD33 (Siglec-3), a transmembrane receptor expressed on the surface of myeloid lineage cells and frequently overexpressed in myeloid leukemias. The CAR construct features a CD28 co-stimulatory domain and a CD3-zeta signaling domain, a configuration designed to promote rapid T-cell activation and robust effector function. Currently in the preclinical stage, 3328zT2 is being evaluated for its potential in treating Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) and Multiple Myeloma.
