Drug intelligence / Profile preview
3511-I is a novel small-molecule inhibitor targeting EphB2 (Ephrin type-B receptor 2). Preclinical studies in a mouse model of unilateral renal ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury demonstrated that treatment with 3511-I significantly attenuated kidney injury and fibrosis. Its mechanism involves promoting tubular repair and suppressing sustained inflammatory signaling, similar to the effects observed with tubular-specific genetic deletion of EphB2.
