Overview

**3BP-3775** is a development-stage diagnostic radiopharmaceutical that targets the Glucose-dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide receptor (GIP receptor, GIPR), which is highly expressed in a subset of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). It is being developed as an alternative radiopharmaceutical treatment for patients with NETs who are ineligible for somatostatin receptor-targeted therapies such as Lutathera. The drug aims to address the unmet need in sstr-negative and Lutathera-ineligible NET patients. The program is led by 3B Pharmaceuticals and has entered early clinical development[1][2][4].
