Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**3C060-DM1** is an experimental, fully human epithelial cell adhesion molecule-targeted antibody-drug conjugate generated by coupling the anti-EpCAM monoclonal-antibody clone 3C060 to the maytansinoid microtubule poison DM1 through an affinity peptide-based chemical conjugation method. The conjugate showed in-vitro cytotoxicity against EpCAM-expressing HCT116 human colon cancer cells, with a reported IC50 of 0.254 micrograms per mL. It is a preclinical research ADC and has no assigned INN, marketed brand, or reported clinical-trial development program. ([nature.com](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-023-31263-x.pdf))
