Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**3C066-DM1** is an experimental, fully human anti-epithelial cell adhesion molecule antibody-drug conjugate generated by chemically coupling the 3C066 anti-EpCAM monoclonal antibody to the maytansinoid microtubule inhibitor DM1 using affinity peptide-based chemical conjugation. The parental antibody recognizes the EpRE region of EpCAM, and the conjugate showed significant in-vitro cytotoxicity against EpCAM-expressing HCT116 human colon cancer cells. It is a published preclinical research ADC rather than an approved or clinically registered therapeutic product. ([pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10015092/))
