3D-F is an autologous cell therapy product developed by S.Biomedics for the treatment of periorbital wrinkles, specifically crow's feet. The therapy involves the extraction of a patient's own dermal fibroblasts, which are then cultured and organized into three-dimensional clusters. When injected into the target site, these 3D clusters are designed to promote tissue regeneration and stimulate the production of endogenous collagen, thereby improving skin structure and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Unlike standard cell suspensions, the 3D cluster formulation is intended to enhance cell viability and therapeutic efficacy. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial for its safety and anti-wrinkle efficacy.
