Drug intelligence / Profile preview
3D-Tissue Engineered Bone Equivalent (3D-TEBE) is an advanced regenerative medicine product developed by A.A. Partners, LLC for the treatment of critical-sized traumatic long bone defects. The therapy utilizes a three-dimensional biological scaffold seeded with osteogenic cells, such as mesenchymal stem cells, to provide both structural support and biological cues necessary for bone repair. By mimicking the natural bone microenvironment, 3D-TEBE facilitates the recruitment, proliferation, and differentiation of bone-forming cells at the site of injury, promoting the restoration of bone integrity in severe fractures that would otherwise fail to heal through natural processes. It is administered via surgical implantation directly into the bone defect.
