3D011-08 is an investigational small molecule prodrug developed as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) targeting platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRs) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs). It was designed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
