Drug intelligence / Profile preview
3D059 is a preclinical-stage tumor vaccine developed by 3D Medicines. It is designed to target the Wilms' Tumor 1 (WT1) protein, a zinc-finger transcription factor that is overexpressed in various hematologic malignancies and solid tumors but has limited expression in normal adult tissues. The vaccine aims to stimulate the patient's immune system to generate a specific T-cell response against WT1-expressing cancer cells. 3D059 is being investigated for multiple oncology indications and represents an earlier-stage asset in 3D Medicines' pipeline, distinct from their clinical-stage WT1 vaccine 3D189 (Galinpepimut-S).
