Drug intelligence / Profile preview
3D124 is an mRNA-based cancer vaccine developed by 3D Medicines for the treatment of various solid tumors. The vaccine is designed to encode tumor-specific neoantigens, which are unique proteins resulting from somatic mutations in cancer cells. By introducing these mRNA sequences into the body, 3D124 aims to activate the patient's immune system, specifically eliciting neoantigen-specific T-cell responses to recognize and eliminate tumor cells. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
