Drug intelligence / Profile preview
3H-10000 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor 2b (FGFR2b), currently under development by 3H Pharmaceuticals (思康睿奇) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. FGFR2b is a splice variant of FGFR2 that is frequently overexpressed in various cancers, including gastric and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas. The drug is designed to selectively bind to FGFR2b-expressing tumor cells, internalize, and release a cytotoxic payload to induce cell death. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/II first-in-human clinical trial (CTR20254555) in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with unresectable or metastatic advanced solid tumors.
