Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**3M-011** is a potent synthetic dual agonist of Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8), designed as an immune system modulator and cytokine inducer. It functions as an immune adjuvant with demonstrated activity in preclinical models of cancer, including antitumor effects mediated via activation of natural killer (NK) cells and augmentation of dendritic cell activity. 3M-011 is used primarily as a research agent and experimental therapeutic, especially as an adjuvant to radiotherapy or immunotherapy for oncology indications. Its mechanism depends largely on stimulating innate immunity, particularly through NK cell activation, with minimal direct effect on tumor cells at systemic concentrations achievable in vivo.
