4-DAMP

4-DAMP is a **selective muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist** that shows **highest affinity for the M3 receptor subtype** but can also antagonize other muscarinic receptor subtypes, including M1, M2, M4, and M5, with markedly lower potency at M2 than M3.
