Overview

An emulsion of four melanoma-associated peptides designed as a therapeutic cancer vaccine for melanoma. The 4-peptide melanoma vaccine is intended to stimulate the immune system, particularly by inducing helper T cell (CD4+) responses against specific tumor antigens expressed in melanoma cells. Upon administration, the vaccine aims to enhance both cellular and humoral immunity, potentially leading to immunomodulating and antineoplastic effects. It has been evaluated in clinical trials for its ability to induce immune responses and improve survival outcomes in patients with advanced or metastatic melanoma[1][2][3]. The primary indication is treatment of advanced or metastatic melanoma.
