4G7xH22 is a bispecific antibody developed by the National Cancer Institute for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, specifically refractory or relapsed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This investigational immunotherapeutic is designed to target two antigens simultaneously—CD19 and CD30—on malignant B cells, thereby enhancing immune-mediated cytotoxicity against these cancer cells. The drug leverages dual specificity to improve anti-tumor activity compared to monospecific antibodies, primarily through mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
