4G8-SDIE is an Fc-optimized antibody designed to target FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) expressed on B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) cells. Its Fc-optimization enhances its ability to induce natural killer (NK) cell reactivity, leading to the elimination of FLT3-positive target cells. This mechanism aims to leverage the immune system to combat B-ALL.
