Overview

4HF-02 is an experimental small molecule drug conjugate (SMDC) currently in the discovery phase for the treatment of colon and pancreatic cancers. Developed by 4HF Biotec, the candidate is identified and optimized using an AI-driven platform that integrates data mining for cancer target identification. As an SMDC, 4HF-02 is designed to selectively deliver a therapeutic payload to tumor cells via a targeting ligand, aiming to enhance efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity. The project is currently navigating in silico and medicinal chemistry stages.
