This is a combination of eight fourth-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies—each engineered to target a specific tumor-associated antigen. The individual components are: - **4SCAR19** (targets CD19) - **4SCAR20** (targets CD20) - **4SCAR22** (targets CD22) - **4SCAR70** (target not definitively identified in public sources; likely another B-cell or hematologic marker) - **4SCAR-PSMA** (targets Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen/PSMA) - **4SCAR13**, **79b**, and **GD2** (likely targeting additional tumor antigens such as GD2 for neuroblastoma and other solid tumors) These CAR-T cells are genetically modified using lentiviral vectors to express synthetic receptors that recognize their respective antigens on malignant cells. The fourth-generation design includes enhanced costimulatory domains for improved efficacy and an inducible caspase9 safety switch for controlled apoptosis of the infused T cells if needed[5]. This multi-targeted approach aims to address antigen escape and heterogeneity in cancers such as B-cell malignancies and potentially solid tumors.
