The FPC regimen has demonstrated efficacy comparable to other anthracycline-based regimens (such as those containing epirubicin or doxorubicin), with some studies suggesting a favorable toxicity profile regarding alopecia but with notable risks of myelosuppression and cardiotoxicity[2][3][5][6]. The main indications are for breast cancer treatment—both advanced/metastatic settings and postoperative adjuvant therapy.
