Overview

**64Cu-αCD19** is a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody developed for immuno-positron emission tomography (immunoPET) imaging of CD19 expression in lymphoid tissues and malignancies. The antibody targets the **CD19 antigen**, which is broadly expressed on B lymphocytes and B-cell malignancies, notably **non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL)** and **diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)**. The monoclonal antibody (αCD19) is conjugated with the positron-emitting radioisotope **Copper-64 (^64Cu)**, making the compound suitable for PET imaging. The agent enables noninvasive visualization, quantification, and longitudinal monitoring of CD19-positive B-cell lymphoma burden in patients. Preclinical and early clinical studies have demonstrated specific tracer uptake that correlates with tissue CD19 expression, with potential use in evaluating the distribution and density of CD19 prior to or following therapies such as CAR-T cell therapy or anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody treatments[1][5].
