Overview

**64Cu-FAPI-XT117** is a copper-64-radiolabeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor PET imaging tracer. The FAPI-XT117 ligand binds fibroblast activation protein on cancer-associated fibroblasts within the tumor microenvironment, enabling PET/CT visualization of FAP-expressing malignant lesions. It has been evaluated in prospective Phase 1 imaging studies in patients with malignant solid tumors, including comparison with fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT.
