**64Cu-NOTA-heterodimer-ZW800** is an investigational dual-modality, bispecific antibody-fragment imaging agent developed for preclinical imaging of pancreatic cancer. It is a heterodimer assembled from Fab′ fragments targeting **endoglin (CD105)** and **tissue factor (TF)**, conjugated to the copper-64 chelator NOTA for positron-emission tomography and to the near-infrared fluorescent dye ZW800 for fluorescence imaging. In CD105- and TF-positive BxPC-3 pancreatic cancer xenografts, the tracer showed higher tumor uptake than corresponding single-target homodimers, and tumor localization was reduced by blocking either target, supporting dual-target-specific accumulation.
