Drug intelligence / Profile preview
64Cu-peptide is a preclinical-stage radiolabeled peptide diagnostic agent being developed by Linqmed for the detection and localization of neuroendocrine tumors. The agent utilizes the copper-64 (64Cu) radioisotope, which emits positrons suitable for high-resolution positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. By conjugating 64Cu to a tumor-targeting peptide, the diagnostic tracer is designed to selectively bind to receptors overexpressed on neuroendocrine tumor cells, enabling non-invasive visualization of the disease.
