Overview
**68Ga-A3** is an investigational gallium-68 radiolabeled ACE2-targeting PET/CT imaging probe developed by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. It is designed to bind angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 and enable noninvasive visualization of ACE2 expression, including in lung cancer lesions. The agent has been evaluated by intravenous administration in an early-phase clinical study for diagnostic PET/CT imaging in participants with lung cancer and healthy volunteers.
