Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-DMP10 (also referred to as [68Ga]dmp10) is a gallium-68 labeled multicyclic peptide radiotracer designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to noninvasively assess programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in solid tumors. The targeting moiety, dmp10, is a disulfide-rich multicyclic peptide (~3 kDa) engineered via disulfide-directed library design and iterative directed evolution to bind PD-L1 with picomolar affinity. By binding to PD-L1, 68Ga-DMP10 enables whole-body PET/CT imaging to evaluate PD-L1 expression, helping to overcome the limitations of spatial and temporal heterogeneity associated with traditional immunohistochemistry (IHC) biopsies. It is being developed as a diagnostic biomarker and potential theranostic platform for solid tumors, with Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Xiamen University involved in its development.
