Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-DOTA-BIK-E768 is a novel fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-targeting radioligand developed by BIK Therapeutics for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of solid tumors. The agent consists of the FAP-targeting small molecule ligand BIK-E768 conjugated to the chelator p-SCN-Bn-DOTA and radiolabeled with gallium-68 (68Ga). It incorporates BIK Therapeutics' proprietary ELiTE-DDS (enhancing ligand targeting and endocytosis drug delivery system) platform, which is designed to enhance target-selective intracellular delivery and significantly improve tumor accumulation and retention compared to conventional FAP-targeting radioligands.
