Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-DOTA-TP is a gallium-68 labeled radiopharmaceutical diagnostic imaging agent developed by Xijing Hospital. It consists of a dual cyclic peptide analogue, DOTA-TP (DOTA-GGG-cyclo(CFDARGNFC)-GGG-cyclo(CFDARGNFC)), which specifically targets Desmoglein-2 (DSG2), a transmembrane glycoprotein overexpressed in various tumor cells. 68Ga-DOTA-TP is designed as a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer for tumor imaging and theranostics, demonstrating high tumor uptake and favorable target-to-nontarget ratios in preclinical models.
