Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-FAP-ICG is a novel multimodal radiopharmaceutical probe integrating positron emission tomography (PET) and near-infrared II (NIR-II) fluorescence imaging. It consists of a fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-targeted peptide conjugated with indocyanine green (ICG) and labeled with gallium-68 (68Ga). The agent is designed for the preoperative localization and real-time intraoperative navigation/guided resection of lung cancer by targeting cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) that overexpress FAP in the tumor stroma.
