Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-FC706 is a gallium-68 (Ga-68) labeled radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) developed by FindCure Biosciences for the diagnostic imaging of Nectin-4-positive solid tumors. It targets Nectin-4 (also known as poliovirus receptor-related protein 4), a cell adhesion molecule that is highly overexpressed in various epithelial malignancies but has limited expression in normal tissues. By binding specifically to Nectin-4, 68Ga-FC706 enables non-invasive visualization and quantification of Nectin-4 expression levels via positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, which can assist in patient stratification and treatment selection for Nectin-4-targeted therapies. The diagnostic agent is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
