**68Ga-IRM-015-DOTA** is an experimental **radiopharmaceutical PET imaging agent** developed for **prostate cancer** imaging, particularly to visualize **cyclin-dependent kinase 19** expression in tumors. It consists of the small-molecule CDK19-targeting ligand **IRM-015**, reported to be derived from the CDK19 inhibitor **BI-1347**, conjugated to a **DOTA** chelator and labeled with **gallium-68** for positron emission tomography.
