Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-JH04 is a novel radiotracer targeting fibroblast activation protein (FAP), a specific marker protein of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) that is overexpressed in more than 90% of malignant tumors. It functions as a FAP antagonist and is used in positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging for various types of cancer. The radiopharmaceutical shows high specificity and promising diagnostic performance, making it an excellent imaging agent for cancer detection. It was initially developed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University and is also being developed by Bivision Biomedical Technology.
