Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-JH120061 is a novel gallium-68 labeled cyclic peptide radiopharmaceutical targeting C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4). Developed by Bivision in collaboration with researchers at Fujian Medical University, it is designed as a diagnostic imaging agent for positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) to detect CXCR4-positive tumors. In clinical and preclinical studies, 68Ga-JH120061 has demonstrated high binding affinity, cellular uptake, and prolonged retention in CXCR4-expressing tumors, showing particular diagnostic efficacy in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and multiple myeloma compared to established tracers like 68Ga-Pentixafor.
