68Ga-labeled PD-L1 PET Tracer

68Ga-labeled PD-L1 PET Tracer is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent currently in preclinical development by TRIMT. It consists of a ligand labeled with the positron-emitting radioisotope Gallium-68 (68Ga) that specifically targets Programmed cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1). The tracer is designed for use with positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to non-invasively visualize and quantify PD-L1 expression levels within the tumor microenvironment. By providing a whole-body map of PD-L1 expression, this imaging agent aims to improve the selection and stratification of patients for immunotherapy, particularly those being considered for checkpoint inhibitors targeting the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway.
