Drug intelligence / Profile preview
68Ga-MY6349 is a radiopharmaceutical PET imaging agent designed to noninvasively assess the expression of trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop2) in tumors. Trop2 is overexpressed in a wide range of human epithelial cancers, making it an attractive target for cancer diagnosis and treatment selection. The drug consists of a Trop2-specific ligand labeled with gallium-68, enabling high-contrast PET/CT imaging. In clinical studies, 68Ga-MY6349 demonstrated high tumor uptake and favorable tumor-to-background ratios across multiple cancer types—including breast, prostate, thyroid, and others—outperforming standard tracers like 18F-FDG in certain settings. It was well tolerated with no reported adverse events and showed rapid blood clearance with primary biodistribution to kidneys, pancreas, salivary glands, and thyroid gland. Its use can aid in diagnosis, staging, recurrence detection, metastasis identification, and patient selection for Trop2-targeted therapies[1][3][6].
