68Ga-NODAGA-SNA006 is a radiopharmaceutical compound used for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to quantify CD8 expression in vivo. It consists of a nanobody (SNA006) site-specifically conjugated with the chelator NODAGA and radiolabeled with gallium-68. The drug binds specifically to CD8+ T cells, enabling noninvasive visualization and quantification of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T lymphocytes in patients with solid tumors. This allows dynamic tracking of immune responses during cancer immunotherapy and may help guide individualized treatment strategies. Clinical studies have shown that it is well tolerated, exhibits rapid clearance from circulation, and provides high-quality imaging correlating with histological CD8 expression[1][2][3][4][5].
