68Ga NOTA anti-HER2 sdAb (also known as ABS-011 or ABSCINT-HER2) is an investigational radiopharmaceutical PET imaging tracer consisting of a single-domain antibody (sdAb, or Nanobody) designated 2Rs15d that targets Domain 1 of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). The sdAb is conjugated to the bifunctional chelator NOTA and radiolabeled with the positron emitter Gallium-68 (68Ga). Developed as a non-invasive diagnostic tool, it enables same-day, whole-body PET/CT imaging to assess HER2 receptor expression and spatial heterogeneity across primary and metastatic lesions, including brain metastases, in patients with breast and gastric cancers. Originally developed by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and its spin-off Abscint, the global rights to the asset were acquired by Curium in August 2026. It is currently in Phase IIb clinical development.
