Overview

68Ga-NOTA-H006 is a radiopharmaceutical imaging agent designed for PET imaging of 5T4 oncofetal antigen expression in tumors. It was developed through camel immunization followed by selection and humanization of the resulting antibody fragment (H006) which maintains high affinity for 5T4. The tracer can be prepared with high radiochemical purity (>98%) and has demonstrated ability to visualize 5T4 expression in vivo, both in preclinical models and human subjects. In clinical studies, it effectively maps 5T4-positive lesions with a mean effective dose of 3.4 × 10^-2 mSv/MBq.
