**68Ga-NOTA-Nectin-4 antibody fragment** is a radiopharmaceutical agent consisting of an antibody fragment (such as F(ab')2 or single-chain variable fragment/scFv) that targets nectin-4, a cell adhesion molecule overexpressed in multiple malignancies including urothelial carcinoma, breast cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. The fragment is conjugated to the NOTA chelator and labeled with the positron-emitting isotope gallium-68 (^68Ga) for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. The mechanism of action involves highly specific binding to nectin-4 on tumor cells, enabling visualization and quantification of nectin-4 expression in vivo through PET imaging.
