68Ga-NRT6020 is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent designed for PET/CT imaging of advanced solid tumors that express fibroblast activation protein (FAP). It consists of a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) ligand labeled with the radioisotope gallium-68. The drug binds to FAP, which is overexpressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts within the tumor microenvironment, allowing for targeted imaging of FAP-positive tumors. 68Ga-NRT6020 is used as a companion diagnostic to select patients eligible for treatment with the therapeutic radioligand 177Lu-NRT6020.
