68Ga-NTA-476 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical designed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of prostate cancer. It is a radionuclide drug conjugate that targets the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), which is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells. By binding to PSMA, 68Ga-NTA-476 enables sensitive and specific imaging of PSMA-positive lesions, aiding in the detection and management of prostate cancer. The agent uses gallium-68 as its radioactive component for PET imaging.
